EXCLUSIVE IDW First Look: Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring #2

Welcome back to Woodbrook.

Courtesy of IDW, AIPT can share the solicitation and cover art for Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring #2, which will be released on August 27th.

The first issue, out July 9th, is a clever and unique angle for the sequel that’ll attract the attention of crime and comic fans alike. Comic shops have until July 21st to place orders.

So what’s Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring #2 about?

Welcome back to Woodbrook.

After the thrilling conclusion of issue #1, it’s finally time to rejoin Samantha Strong inside the cozy confines of small-town life. The years have passed, and she’s slowed down a bit…but she’ll still get her paws dirty to protect the life she’s built for herself, no matter what it takes.

As we’re reintroduced to Samantha in the ’90s, we’ll also get a sinister peek into years long gone, filling in the gaps between her first kill and the first comic page.

Cover A by Horvath, B (Movie Homage Variant) by Tony Fleecs, C (Storybook Variant) by Elizabeth Beals.
