DC has revealed the last of the variant covers for DC K.O. #1, with superstar artist Dan Mora delivering a dynamic piece that showcases all 32 fighters set to enter the publisher’s massive bracket-style tournament. The issue, written by Scott Snyder with art by Javi Fernández, arrives on October 8, 2025.
Mora’s variant pulls back the curtain on the full roster for the first time, lining up every competitor who will step into the colossal five-tier arena rising from Earth itself. The cover doesn’t just spotlight the players—it hints at the high-stakes showdowns fans will be debating as the tournament unfolds. From heavy-hitters to dark horse contenders, this is the clearest look yet at the chaos about to erupt.
Launching as part of DC’s All In publishing initiative, DC K.O. promises a no-holds-barred clash of heroes, with each round of the tournament escalating in scale, unlocking new abilities, and shaking loose secrets that could upend the DC Universe.
“You have to be merciless to win,” Snyder teased. “And when you’re out, you’re out.”
Joshua Williamson, co-architect of the event, added: “Each level is a new challenge. Readers are going to see unexpected fighters rise in ways they won’t see coming.”
Mora’s variant joins Fernández’s main cover and additional variants from other DC heavyweights. In the weeks ahead, DC will roll out bracket breakdowns, fighter spotlights, and previews of the opening round matchups, fueling speculation about who might ultimately claim the crown of King Omega.
