Jim Henson’s creations return for The Muppet Show special. Mickey Haller finds himself as the defendant in a new season of The Lincoln Lawyer. Then, a cult 80s film receives an adaptation with The ‘Burbs.
It’s Time To Play the Music
The Muppet Show ran for five seasons from the mid 70s to early 80s. The variety sketch comedy show gave Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie and all their friends an opportunity to entertain us with their dysfunctional hijinks.
They are returning for a brand-new special event. The Muppets will take the stage at the original Muppet Theater and deliver comedy, music, and mayhem. The very special guest is Sabrina Carpenter with additional appearances from Maya Rudolph and Seth Rogen.
The Muppet Show special airs Wednesday, February 4, on ABC.

The Lincoln Lawyer is a television series that is based off of the best selling novels from Michael Connelly. The events of the upcoming fourth season follow the book The Law of Innocence.
Protagonist Mickey Haller faces his toughest case yet. He is the main suspect in the murder of a former client. Haller and his team work diligently to clear his name, but in the process, must cross the District Attorney’s office, the FBI, and Haller’s own shady past.

Secrets in Suburbia
The ‘Burbs is a black comedy film from the 80s that starred Tom Hanks. It is receiving a modern update for television. The story follows a young couple who move back to the husband’s quiet home town. Their lives are turned upside down when a new neighbor moves in across the street whose presence brings old secrets of the cul-de-sac to light along with new deadly threats.
The series stars Keke Palmer, Jack Whitehall, Julia Duffy, Paula Pell, Mark Proksch, and Kapil Talwalkar. It is written, created and executive produced by Celeste Hughey. Rachel Shukert also serves as writer and executive producer.
The first season of The ‘Burbs premieres Sunday, February 8, on Peacock.
