The Role of a Lifetime

Marvel is one of the biggest brands in Hollywood thanks to its popular films and television series. In Wonder Man, the next outing from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the show tackles show business.

Simon Williams is a struggling actor hoping to get his career off the ground. When he hears a legendary director wants to remake a superhero film, Williams puts all his effort into landing a role. Along his journey, he crosses paths with Trevor Slattery, who infamously portrayed a terrorist on-screen all they way back in Iron Man III. Together, they take the entertainment industry by storm as they pursue a life changing opportunity.

Wonder Man premieres Tuesday, January 27, on Disney+.

Learning To Move On

Shrinking follows a man named Jimmy grieving over the loss of his wife. He allows his feelings to affect his professional life as a therapist when he begins telling his patients how he really feels. In the third season, Jimmy must prepare to lose another important person in his life when his daughter goes away for college. But, he might have a potential love interest on the horizon.

The series has many guest stars including returning actors Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick and Cobie Smulders. New this season are Jeff Daniels, who plays Jimmy’s father, Candice Bergen, and Michael J. Fox, who returns to a television role after five years away.

Shrinking season three begins Wednesday, January 28, on Apple TV+.
