If you’re at all interested in writer Joshua Williamson’s upcoming “Flash War” storyline you’re going to need The Flash Annual, out this week. It sets up a lot for the three Flashes who now live in the same DCU, but it’s at the very end where things really heat up.

Longtime Flash fans will remember Hunter Zolomon, who was the previous Reverse-Flash. After losing his mind, he dedicated his life to making Wally West a better hero through tragedy. Coincidentally a character refers to this tactic near the end of the issue:
