Octopath Traveler releases March Update – detailing two new characters and the Wayfarer’s Edition

Square Enix’s upcoming throwback RPG – Octopath Traveler – is releases for Nintendo Switch on July 13th of this year, and just recently announced a deluxe physical edition called the Wayfarer’s Edition:

I played the demo that’s currently available on Switch, and immediately was transported back to 1991, when I got Final Fantasy 2 for my SNES. This game seemingly solidifies my belief that the best RPG’s are pixel art based.

Also, Square Enix released a profile of two more of the eventual 8 protagonists in their March Update:

This might be my most anticipated game of 2018. Hurry up July, and get here soon.
