Although an ostensibly simple card at first glance, Hunting Mastiff, the preferred pet for Gilnean hunters in World of Warcraft lore, should be a solid addition to any Hunter deck looking to gain board control and should synergize well with such Hunter staples as Scavenging Hyena and Timber Wolf; it could even give sidelined cards like Stampede some shine.
