#NCBD Pull This! August 1, 2018: The 5 comic books you should buy this week

Rick Remender’s ‘Seven to Eternity’ returns this week and is a must for your pull list.

It’s a big week for Pull This!, as an Image Comics title has reached the top of the mountain for the first time in the series’ history! We’re talking of course about Seven to Eternity #10, the return of Rick Remender and Jerome Opena’s amazing series. Another book not from the Big Two makes the list as well this week, as Black Mask Studios’ The Wilds #4 promises to be the cure to your zombie story fatigue.

Listen to the latest episode of our weekly comics podcast!

Of course, DC and Marvel are still pumping out big books just like they do every week, and DC in particular has some attention-grabbing issues coming out this Wednesday: Justice League #5, wherein James Tynion IV takes over to tell the story from the Legion of Doom’s perspective, and Adventures of the Super Sons #1 by Peter Tomasi with art by Art Thibert and Carlo Barberi.

Marvel’s sole contribution to the top 5 this week comes in the form of Infinity Wars #1, a huge book as evidenced by the sheer number of variant covers Marvel is giving it.

As always if you like Pull This!, be sure to give the video a like, comment, share with your friends, and of course subscribe to our YouTube channel. We’ll see you next week!
