Cosplay VS Character of Makeup close up! I’m not confident in my makeup skills, but pretty happy with how this turned out- ended up using lip liner as my red eyeshadow! I also have some facial scarring that I cover up when I cosplay…using 5x layers of filler/primer- doesn’t hurt to add a photo filter! @coverfx is my go to for primer and foundation drops. If anyone has additional tips on scarring I’d be happy to hear! It’s been a self conscious point for me for years. Wig is from @epiccosplaywigs (from 2013 when I first started to plan this cosplay!) and contacts are from @ohmykitty4u I.fairy Dolly Reds. Cosplay vs Character- side by side of Rei by accidental posing. After studying this plugsuit for so many years, there are little differences from sketch to anime to movie! I ended up going with what I liked best on the hardpieces… and different from what was initially printed on the suit to add my own touch. A few years ago I did a Costest for Rei and started working on a plugsuit. After hours and hours of research and work, I knew I was out of my league for the way I wanted the plugsuit executed.
