The Miz and Paige sign new multi-year deals with WWE

The news broke on WWE Backstage.

Last night on WWE Backstage Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet revealed that The Miz and Paige have both signed new multi-year agreements with WWE.

Satin is a show guest with his own segment, “The Satin Sheet.” You can watch it below:

As a member of this week’s episode of Backstage, Paige got to discuss her contract signing on air. The Superstar gave the magnanimous money tossing hand gesture and a little cheer.

Since Paige suffered a neck injury that effectively ended her in-ring career, the British star’s future with WWE has been a bit uncertain. She’s done some work managing the Kabuki Warriors, but that partnership is very much over after Asuka spit green mist into Paige’s face. Regardless, it’s nice to see that her future is relatively secure for the time being.

The Miz isn’t one to take anything quietly. The AWESOME reality star took to Twitter to let fans know just how excited he is to be locked in with WWE for another multi-year contract.
