Wes Ball helming new ‘Planet of the Apes’ film

Hail Caesar!

The idea of strength through unity was a consistent part of Wes Ball’s Maze Runner trilogy, so it makes sense that Disney has hired him to direct a new Planet of the Apes film.  It’s unclear if Ball’s film will be a sequel to War of the Planet of the Apes, or a reboot.
