Marvel Comics First Look: Lords of Empyre: Celestial Messiah #1

With a cover by Rod Reis!

As Marvel Comics’ next event heats up we’re getting new information almost every day on the tie-in stories and key details about the series. Today, courtesy of Marvel Comics we have a first look at the Lords of Empyre: Celestial Messiah. This is the second in the Lords of Empyre tie-in stories after April’s Emperor Hulking. Here’s the cover, official solicit, and a quote from Alex Paknadel.

Series writer Alex Paknadel let us know, “The Celestial Messiah is one of the more conflicted and intriguing players in the Empyre event, so I was thrilled when Marvel approached me to bring his story to life.” Paknadel goes on to say, “This tie-in is an all-you-can-eat buffet of high-stakes cosmic melodrama and I had an absolute blast writing it.”
