Top Chef returns to TV tomorrow for its seventeenth season. For only the second time of the shows long run will they have an All-Star edition plucking contestants from the prior sixteen seasons. Fifteen chefs compete for the top prize that has eluded them: winning arguably the best and most respected reality culinary TV competition.
