The final four contestants of Top Chef were whittled down to three in the penultimate episode. Before they headed into the elimination challenge, they were at least treated to culinary tours in Parma involving the city’s most famous ingredients; Parmigiano-Reggiano and prosciutto di Parma. They had to take what they learned and use it to cook a classic primi and secondi where they had to utilize the exceptional cheese and ham at least once in the two dishes.
Melissa has been on a tear and she took home her third straight elimination win to retain her number one spot in the Power Rankings. Stephanie was the other top finisher and will also be in the finale. It came down to Bryan and Kevin for that final spot with the former being safe for one more week.
