Fans of DC Universe have plenty to be excited for come July. Not only do they have DC’s Stargirl and Doom Patrol premiering in June into July, but a whole slew of animated films are also on the way. That includes Superman: Unbound arrives on DC UNIVERSE. Plus, more action-packed animated adventures will arrive that same day including Batman vs. Robin, starring Stuart Allen (Son of Batman), All-Star Superman, starring James Denton (“Desperate Housewives”), and Batman Beyond: The Return of the Joker, starring Mark Hamill as The Joker and Kevin Conroy (“Batman: The Animated Series”) as The Dark Knight.
DC Universe is also adding a ton of new comics to read in the digital platform which starting with the aptly timed Doom Patrol: Weight of the Worlds #1 by Gerard Way and art by James Harvey. Brian Michael Bendis and Nick Derington’s Batman: Universe #1 is also appearing on the app along with Greg Rucka’s Lois Lane #1.
