PROGRESS Wrestling announces multiple releases and suspensions

The #SpeakingOut movement continues to send shockwaves throughout the pro wrestling industry.

British wrestling promotion PROGRESS Wrestling has announced several releases and suspensions in light of the various allegations of sexual misconduct throughout the pro wrestling world.

David Starr and Marc ‘Paz’ Parry will no longer be working with PROGRESS, while Travis Banks, Jordan Devlin and Scott Davis have all been suspended indefinitely. Devlin and Davis’s Tag Team Championships have been vacated.

“We take these allegations extremely seriously,” PROGRESS said in their statement. “Those under suspension will have their situation reviewed periodically between now, and events starting again.”

“We continue to monitor and listen to the Speaking Out movement so that we can take appropriate action where necessary.”
