‘Faithless II’ #1 sells out and is returning with a new printing

‘Faithless II’ #1 will be returning in July with a new, erotic variant cover by Kris Anka.

BOOM! Studios has announced that Brian Azzarello and Maria Llovet’s Faithless II #1 sold out on the distributor level as a result of “overwhelming support form retailers and fans.”

As a result, the issue will be getting a second printing available in July 2020, featuring both the original main cover art as well as a new, erotic variant cover, both by Kris Anka. The erotic variant will sexually explicit, and as such will be be polybagged and not publicly previewed.

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 19, 2020) – BOOM! Studios announced today that FAITHLESS II #1, the premiere issue of the brand new six-issue sequel series, has sold out at the distributor level! In response to the overwhelming support from retailers and fans, BOOM! Studios has announced the FAITHLESS II #1 SECOND PRINTING, available in July 2020 and featuring main cover art by superstar artist Kris Anka (White Trees), as well as an erotic variant cover by Anka that will be polybagged and not publicly previewed due to sexually explicit material. Each erotic variant cover will be limited to its initial print run and will not be reprinted or collected in any subsequent formats.

From critically acclaimed team of writer Brian Azzarello (Batman: Damned) and artist Maria Llovet (Heartbeat), who return to the world of their bestelling erotic series, with letterer AndWorld Design, comes the story of Faith and her lovers, Louis (AKA The Devil) and Poppy (his daughter), as they spread magic and chaos in the streets of Italy.

Turin, known as the epicenter of black magic, is also a place of high fashion, art, and literature. Now, Faith is in the center of it all and with that, her own power grows. But any power comes with a price. Faith has only just begun to pay for hers.
