Earlier today, NOS4A2‘s official Twitter and Facebook pages released a video of Charlie Manx reading Clement Clarke Moore’s A Visit from St. Nicholas, a poem more commonly known/beloved as The Night Before Christmas.
If you thought Zachary Quinto reading a holiday classic in his hypnotic baritone voice couldn’t possibly creep you out…well, think again.

Maybe it’s because my neighborhood’s ice cream truck drives around at dusk playing out of tune holiday music, but hearing Christmas stuff in the summertime always unnerves me a bit. Add in Manx reading a classic Yuletide tale from Christmasland while he periodically stares into your soul, and I’m ready to take down/burn the string lights from my back porch.
So we don’t end things on such a disturbing note, we’ve also included AMC’s preview of this Sunday’s new episode of NOS4A2, which features Vic reconnecting with another major person from her past.

If one episode a week of ‘NOS4A2’ isn’t enough, then hop over to the NOS4A2 Fans Facebook group for in depth discussion among one of the best communities in the otherwise hellish landscape of social media fandom. Hopefully the show continues to be good so my reviews don’t make things awkward.
