Every game announced at the Xbox Series X Showcase

Microsoft showed off their first party games today, including Halo Infinite.

Microsoft’s held its Xbox Games Showcase today, July 23, providing fans with an eagerly awaited look at the lineup of games coming to the company’s next-gen console, the Xbox Series X. Whereas the company’s May event focused exclusively on third-part games, today’s event focused primarily on first-party games from Microsoft studios, including the highly anticipated launch title, Halo Infinite.

One of the biggest pieces of news out of today’s event wasn’t even a game, but instead regards Microsoft’s online gaming subscription service, Xbox Game Pass. Every single game announced at the showcase today will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch, and many of the titles are compatible with Xbox One. So even if you don’t have an Xbox Series X at launch, you can still enjoy the game on your previous-gen console or gaming PC.

The gauntlet has officially been thrown at Sony’s feet and the Japan-based company will undoubtedly be feeling the pressure to get their own gaming subscription service, PS Now, up to snuff.
