‘The Boys’ release extended (and NSFW) final trailer for Season 2

We’re not sure lasers are supposed to be used that way…

Earlier today, Amazon Prime Video released their final extended trailer for Season 2 of The Boys.

This time around we get a lot more of Butcher’s thoughts about how things ended last season along with the team’s new mission/challenges, copious amounts of gore, and an…uh…interesting use of Homelander’s eye lasers.

There’s also an extended look at the aftermath of that infamous well scene that debuted during ‘The Boys’ virtual SDCC panel.

So yeah…lots of unpack there.

It appears Butcher’s wife is either being held captive or that’s just what he’s convinced himself to believe. Either way, the desire to rescue her has made him more focused, determined, and sadistic than ever.

It also looks like The Boys are going to have to contend with a host of new super-powered characters, including Stormfront, who’s playing a huge role in everything going forward.
