Welcome to another installment of 31 Days of Halloween! This is our chance to set the mood for the spookiest and scariest month of the year as we focus our attention on horror and Halloween fun. For the month of October we’ll be sharing various pieces of underappreciated scary books, comics, movies, and television to help keep you terrified and entertained all the way up to Halloween.

Last year, Blake did not have the opportunity to talk about his favorite genre. This year, there was no way he was going to miss it. And to make it even better, Blake, Danny, and Nathaniel went live. Here is the mostly unedited episode.

The show starts with talk about all of the delays in Hollywood. The three start with a talk about Dune and what the long wait will do for its box office. The trio also talk about what future delays the expect. Nathaniel also has a surprise pick for the next The New Mutants.

On this week’s What You Need to Know, the three talk the legacy of final girls. Each has their own different take on the trope. They talk about the past, present, and future of one the most important parts of horror.

The main segment for this week is sci fi horror. Blake tries to convince the world that it is the greatest genre of all time, Nathaniel talks about his love for the Butterfly Effect, and Danny talks… The Vast of Night?

That is the beauty of sci fi horror. It can be anything to everyone.
