This week, special guest Dennis Hopeless joins the show to talk about his Valiant series X-O Manowar. Issue #1 came out way back in March and the series is back November 25th after a delay due to the pandemic. We get into the character, his work with editor Heather Antos over the years to develop the series, and even go over all the powers of the character and whether we’ll see them soon.
Listen to the end, as we also learn a Gamerverse comic to coincide with the PS5 Spider-Man videogame was in the works but was halted due to COVID-19.
Before we get into the interview, we recap the news! In the top news of the week, The Department of Truth #1 sells out past 100K and James Tynion IV confirms he’ll be writing Batman into 2021 with 22-page story bible approved.
