‘The Walking Dead’ releases intense new trailer for Season 10 coda episodes

Commonwealth troopers, Negan’s existential crisis, and Maggie’s quest for revenge are coming this February.

On Thursday, AMC released a new trailer for its six episode extension of The Walking Dead. While I’m still not ready to get excited after the original/lackluster season finale, I’d be lying if I said this didn’t pique my interest.

Listen to the latest episode of the AIPT Television podcast!

We once again get a look at the Commonwealth troopers, this time with a voice over of them interrogating Eugene’s group after they were captured attempting to meet up with Stephanie.

We already knew that was coming, though. What we did not expect (or at least I didn’t) was Negan’s episode to feature him fighting his demons via a personification of his old self. We also see that Maggie isn’t going to simply shrug off confronting him about killing Glenn–especially when little Eugene specifically asked her what happened to his father and if the man who killed him was punished.

There’s also some other good stuff, including our first look at Robert Patrick’s character and Aaron reacting to something the same way I do when someone randomly cancels my preorders.

The Walking Dead returns on Sunday, February 28 at 9:00 EST on AMC. You can also watch the episodes three days early with yet another streaming service subscription to AMC+.
