‘Top Chef’ season 18 Power Rankings: Week 10

It’s a tournament of tofu on Top Chef.

It was a week of head-to-head competitions on Top Chef. For the first time this season, the head judges entered the kitchen for the quickfire. Chipotle sponsored the competition providing 53 real ingredients they use in their restaurants. Gail, Tom, and Padma drew knives to see who would be cooking for them and determined what type of food they wanted. Each judge would select a favorite and Richard Blais would determine a winner from the top dishes.

Alum, Edward Lee, joined as guest judge for the elimination. The chefs would have to showcase the versatility of tofu in a reverse tournament of sorts. There would be three rounds with the losers continuing on to determine who would be eliminated. As an added challenge, the competitors had to prep their potential dishes the day before since they didn’t know how long they would be in the tourney. On the day of the challenge, they were given 30 minutes to cook for each round.

Following week 10 and the end of Last Chance Kitchen, we have a final five in our Power Rankings.
