Welcome to another installment of 31 Days of Halloween! This is our chance to set the mood for the spookiest and scariest month of the year as we focus our attention on horror and Halloween fun. For the month of October we’ll be sharing various pieces of underappreciated scary books, comics, movies, and television to help keep you terrified and entertained all the way up to Halloween.
The spooky season is upon us and El Paso, Texas is getting in on the fun. On Saturday, October 9, the Sun City Fright Fest will take place. The all day event will feature something for everyone who loves the Halloween season and horror in general. The fest will have something for everybody. There will be lucha libre, a Midnight Monster Ball drag show, and a costume contest. The Fright Fest will also include a Monster Market that will have vendors that sell horror, gore, sci-fi, and all manner of mystical and frightening wares.
The last year and a half have been scary in real life and the Sun City Fright Fest is giving people a chance to enjoy the Halloween season. The horror community has always been a strong one. The Sun City Fright Fest is bringing together fans both young and old to take part in the scariest time of the year.
There will also be a horror themed podcast as part of the fest. In true horror movie marathon fashion, it will be a surprise to everyone what will be discussed. But the hosts promise to talk about some of the goriest, sickest, and most iconic moments in horror cinema history.
