Marvel releases Destiny, Magneto, and Mr. Sinister ‘Destiny of X’ teasers

Get a look at different destinies for Magneto, Destiny, and Mr. Sinister in these Destiny of X teasers.

Marvel Comics is heating up X-Men fan expectations this week with multiple Destiny of X teasers and today we got a few villain teasers to go with the heroes. Yesterday we got to see different destinies for Hope, Storm, and Wolverine giving us some insight into what we might expect from the next era of X-Men post HOX and POX.

More teasers were released on Marvel’s Twitter today for Mr. Sinister, Destiny, and Magneto. Teaser art is by Mike McKone & Jesus Aburtov, Stephen Segovia & Rain Beredo, and Dustin Weaver.

What is Destiny of X about?

What destinies await Marvel’s mightiest mutants? See what possible futures lie ahead in new teasers starring your favorite X-Men and stay tuned for more information on DESTINY OF X!

Magneto appears to be in his current white costume, back in the red and purples very angry, and in the final image in blue tones apparently giving up the mantle as he chucks his helmet away. With each one, all I can hear is the “Test your Might” music from Mortal Kombat. I’m weird like that.

Meanwhile, Mr. Sinister is fighting crime for humans, goes full king-mode, and appears to be winning a science award. Not so extra for Mr. Sinister all told.

Finally, in Destiny’s teaser, we see her in a forest that may be Krakoa, a destroyed city, and later working with mutant killing robot Nimrod.

Check those teasers out below.
