Marvel Comics has revealed a new variant cover for Free Comic Book Day: Spider-Man/Venom #1, which is set for release May 7th. The special free comic joins two other one-shots from Marvel one featuring the Avengers and another featuring the X-Men.
The Spider-Man/Venom one-shot will see the very beginning of the major storylines writer Zeb Wells and legendary artist John Romita Jr. have planned for their run on AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, including Tombstone’s first steps towards becoming Spidey’s most terrifying villain.
The one-shot will also feature a story by Al Ewing, Ram V, and Bryan Hitch focused on Venom!
