Data science is awesome, but it’s far from perfect. Too often, we hold data up as Truth, when in fact it’s created by humans who have decided what’s worth measuring and how to measure it. And it can be boring!
Andrea Jones-Rooy will try to change that with “The Data Science Spectacular,” coming to New York City’s Caveat and streaming live on Tuesday, March 1. Andrea is a professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the NYU Center for Data Science, and also a comedian and trained circus performer. They’ll bring all those skills together to try to bring the best data science to the masses! Check out the video for more!
