You’ve seen the Thor: Love and Thunder teaser but now feast your eyes on the Thor: Love and Thunder official trailer. Aired today during the game 4 Eastern Conference finals, the first official trailer reveals a lot of new sights, sets up Thor’s state of mind, and more importantly gives us our first official look at Christian Bale in the role of the supervillain.
That supervillain is known as Gorr the God Butcher. A few traits include white robes, blood pouring from his mouth, and some serious vibes.

But wait, who is Gorr the God Butcher anyway?
Per the Marvel wiki: Gorr the God Butcher was born on a planet with no name, almost every day on the brink of starvation. He was taught to trust in the gods, but they never answered his prayers.
