PlayStation’s State of Play today revealed that the indie darling Tunic will be making its way to PlayStation 4 and 5 on September 27, 2022. Tunic has been a wonder this year, with some outlets propositioning it as an early game of the year favorite over titles like Elden Ring.
In the Zelda-inspired Tunic, you take control of a green-tunic-wearing fox on an isometric adventure full of fun combat, thrilling puzzles, and gorgeous visuals. An interesting element of the game is its illustrated in-game manual written in a secret, decodable, language. The game is full of secrets, and game creator Andrew Shouldice says there’s still unfound secrets waiting to be discovered.
Tunic arrives on PS4 and PS5 at the end of October after previously being released for Xbox consoles and PC (sorry Switch players — no word yet on a Nintendo Switch release). Check out the trailer for Tunic below!
