On Wednesday, StarWars.com followed up the exceptional Obi-Wan Kenobi finale with a pair of new items for the Vintage Collection and Black Series toylines.
Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Obi-Wan Kenobi Multipack
This intriguing and incredibly random 3-pack comes with Ben Kenobi (Tibidon Station), Teeka (and Jawa from the first episode), and Purge Trooper (Phase II Armor).
I can’t be the only one who wishes that the Obi-Wan figure was single-carded, right? Purge troopers are cool, but not much fun if you can’t army build them. Single-release Jawas are substantially less exciting — even if they’re named.
Thankfully, this set is an Amazon exclusive, so it shouldn’t be too hard to get unless things go awry like they did for the Bad Batch 4-pack. It’ll also carry a retail price point of $50.99, which isn’t too bad if you ignore the fact that you’re paying almost $17 for a Jawa.
The Vintage Collection Obi-Wan Kenobi Multipack will be available for preorder on Thursday at 1:00 PM EDT with an expected arrival in Spring 2023.
Star Wars: The Black Series Ned-B
RIP, my brave yellow friend. You weren’t on screen long, but you still managed to win our hearts. Sadly, Hasbro has decided to price you at $33.99, meaning there’s no way you’ll ever find a home on my one of my shelves (unless you go on clearance in the future).
Ned-B will be available for preorder on Thursday at 1:00 PM EDT with an expected arrival this Fall.
