WWE WrestleMania 40 will be held in Philadelphia

The Showcase of the Immortals is heading to the City of Brotherly Love for the first time since 1999.

Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will be hosting WrestleMania 40 in 2024. The news was first broken by the Philadelphia InquirerWrestleMania 40 will be a two-night event, as the four WrestleManias before it have been/will be, spanning April 6 and 7, 2024.

This will be the first WrestleMania held in Philadelphia since 1999’s WrestleMania XV, which was headlined by the first WrestleMania clash between wrestling icons “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and The Rock. Austin walked away with the victory that night, retaining the WWF Championship.

Before we get to the milestone 40th WrestleMania, however, WrestleMania 39 will go down April 1-2, 2023 from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
