BOOM! Studios has released a new preview for Hunt for the Skinwalker #1, an adaptation of the 2005 book Hunt for the Skinwalker: Science Confronts the Unexplained at a Remote Ranch in Utah by Dr. Colm A. Kelleher and George Knapp. Written by Zac Thompson with art by Valeria Burzo and Jason Wordie, it’s the third direct-to-consumer campaign BOOM! has launched, which you can back right now on Kickstarter.

Studios today revealed a first look at HUNT FOR THE SKINWALKER #1, the first issue in the brand new single issue series inspired by one family’s confrontation with the unexplainable and terrifying, and what happened when they invited the largest scientific investigation of the paranormal to their ranch.Working hand-in-hand with Dr. Colm Kelleher and George Knapp, and incorporating never-before-seen new revelations, writer Zac Thompson (Cable), artist Valeria Burzo (Castle Full of Blackbirds), colorist Jason Wordie, and letterer Joe Sabino, adapts the category-defying, godfather of modern day paranormal research non-fiction book, Hunt for the Skinwalker, available in comic shops beginning in September 2023.
