Preventing a Prophecy

The Seven Deadly Sins is a popular manga series that followed the titular group of knights who must reunite to protect the land of Britannia from demonic threats. It spawned a sequel, which recently received an anime adaptation.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse takes place years after the original. This time around, a young boy named Percival learns that he is destined to become one of the knights that are responsible for destroying the world. He sets out on a mission to find the other three Knights of the Apocalypse with the hopes that they can change their prophesized path.

Stream The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse beginning Wednesday, January 31, on Netflix.

The History of Our Food

Carla Hall first grabbed our attention as a contestant on the fifth season of Top Chef. Her warm and quirky charm and skills in the kitchen earned her many fans. She continued with a career as a culinary personality hosting various shows including The Chew. Now she’s back with a brand-new docuseries.

The United States is a land of immigrants with residents from all over the world bringing their distinct cuisines to the country throughout its history. Chasing Flavor explores the origins of America’s most iconic foods from chicken pot pie to ice cream. Their histories will take Carla across the globe to Ghana, Italy, Turkey, and more for an informative and entertaining journey.

The series premiere of Chasing Flavor is Thursday, February 1, on Max.

The Biggest Night in Music

It seems today that there are a lot more musical award shows than there were even 20 years ago. However, out of all the options out there, there is still only one award with the highest prestige: The Grammy.

This year will be the 66th Grammy Awards. Many of the industry’s most well-known stars are set to perform. There is a nice eclectic mix with Joni Mitchell, Billy Joel, Dua Lipa, Travis Scott, Billie Eilish, Burna Boy, Olivia Rodrigo, Luke Combs, and U2 already announced. Expect a surprise or two not to mention all the awards including Record, Album, and Song of the year.

Tune into the Grammys Sunday, February 4, on CBS.
