Courtesy of The Lab Press, AIPT can share details surrounding their new Essentials graphic novel, which will debut on Kickstarter soon. You can check out the prelaunch page here. Essentials is co-written by Chris “Doc” Wyatt and Luke Arnold, the novelist and acclaimed Black Sails actor, and features a premiere edition cover by Bill Sienkiewicz.
The book follows the adventures of a shotgun-wielding scientist who sets out to save the world and has an ambitious array of all-star comic artists: Glenn Fabry (Preacher), Jason Howard (Transformers), Vince Locke (A History of Violence), Brendan McCarthy (Spider-Man: Fever), Andrea Mutti (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), M.K. Perker (Air), and DaNi (Sandman: The Dreaming).

Meanwhile, fans attending Wondercon can see Wyatt interview Sienkiewicz ath the “The Legendary Bill Sienkiewicz: A Career-Spanning Interview” panel. The panel takes place on Saturday, March 30th, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm PDT in Room 300E.
