Rising stars and comics industry professionals have teamed up for Pots & Panels, a new anthology that mixes the culinary world with graphic storytelling. The compilation will collect fifty short comic book stories centered on food and include a section full of actual recipes submitted by the creators, explaining why each recipe is special to them.
Launching first as a Kickstarter on October 8, 2025, the anthology features creators like Steve Niles (30 Days of Night/Spawn: The Dark Ages), Phil Hester (Green Arrow/Gotham year One), Ande Parks (Green Arrow/Union Station), Tim Seeley (Hack/Slash/Nightwing), Ron Marz (Green Lantern/Star Wars), Steven Grant (Punisher/Whisper), Andy Kuhn (Firebreather), Brendan Deneen (Green Arrow/Guardians Of The Galaxy), Hilary Barta (Simpsons/What The?), Mark Stegbauer (Ghouls Scouts/Spider-Man), Luis Morocho (Marvel Voices), Lisa and Brad Gullickson with Gerard von Stoddard and many more.
Stories will vary in size from 4 – 12 pages. The book will be 400 pages long, full-color, and designed by top comic book designers.
