Sports Entertainment
As we approach Wrestlemania, the lights and attention become bigger and bigger in professional wrestling. However, behind all the grandeur and spectacle, there are so many tragic stories.
Dark Side of the Ring is a docuseries that, as the name implies, focuses on the dark untold stories in sports entertainment. In the new season, subjects include Hell in a Cell and profiles on wrestlers Big Van Vader, Tony Atlas, Ludvig Borga, Billy Jack Haynes, “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert,
“Superstar” Billy Graham, Daffney, The Original Sheik, and Muhammad Hassan.
The season six premiere of Dark Side of the Ring airs Tuesday, March 25, on Vice TV.
That’s Show Business
People today want to complain about how uncreative Hollywood is, how films recycle the same tropes, and how it’s no longer an art form. What if you ran an influential studio? What kind of movies would you make?
The Studio follows Matt Remick, the newly appointed head of Continental Studios. He is someone who grew up loving the medium, so of course he wants to make sensational art. But sometimes, that’s not what pays the bills. Follow along with Matt and the rest of his team of executives as they try to maneuver the landscape and manage the egos of filmmakers and actors all to make great films.
The first two episodes of The Studio release Wednesday, March 26, on Apple TV+.

In MobLand, Conrad Harrigan is the head of a crime syndicate family in London. When an up and coming gang lead by the Stevenson family begins to jeopardize Harrigan’s operation, he finds his power slipping away.
