‘Ironheart’ trailer: Building something iconic

Catch a first look of the upcoming series Ironheart.

Ironheart made her Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) debut in the film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Next month, the power armor wearing superhero returns to star in her very own television series.

Set a few years after her last MCU appearance, Ironheart follows Riri Williams as she sets out to make an impact in the world. She returns to her hometown of Chicago and continues her work developing her high tech power suits. She soon crosses paths with a mysterious figure named Parker Robbins. The man also known as The Hood wants to help her in her endeavors, but it might involve some questionable things. One of the big themes of the show is pitting technology against magic.

Dominique Thorn reprises her role as Williams while Anthony Ramos stars as Robbins. The rest of the cast includes Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam and Anji White. Behind the scenes Chinaka Hodge serves as head writer, episodes are directed by Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes, and music is by Dara Taylor. Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Zoie Nagelhout, Chinaka Hodge, Ryan Coogler, Sev Ohanian and Zinzi Coogler are executive producers.

Ironheart launches June 24, 2025 on Disney+.
