Dark Horse Comics has announced Devil on My Shoulder, a chilling four-issue revenge horror series from the creative team of Kyle Starks (Where Monsters Lie) and Piotr Kowalski (Let This One Be a Devil). Launching November 5, 2025, the miniseries features colors by Brad Simpson and letters by Josh Reed, with covers by Kowalski, Martin Simmonds, and Christian Ward.
The story follows Tee, a woman who survives forty days of torture at the hands of five men, only to rise and exact vengeance in the bloodiest way possible. Her path of retribution takes a turn into the supernatural, with encounters involving ex-hitmen, twisted art collectors, and literal demons.
“I wanted to do something dark and horrifying—something brutal,” said Starks. “This is not a comedy. Devil on My Shoulder is a raw, violent, action-packed horror book in the spirit of The Crow, Kill Bill, and I Saw the Devil. It’s about terrible people facing equally terrible consequences, and you couldn’t ask for a better partner than Piotr.
