Marvel’s bold leap ten years into the future with Age of Revelation is coming to an end later this month in X-Men: Age of Revelation Finale #1 by Jed MacKay and Ryan Stegman. When the X-Men return to the present in January, they won’t be the same team, they’ll be carrying full knowledge of what awaits them. That next era kicks off under the banner Shadows of Tomorrow, and Marvel is already offering a look ahead with newly revealed March covers, including a major milestone issue of Uncanny X-Men and the Marvel Universe debut of Marvel Rivals’ Galacta.
March will be packed with high-profile chapters across the X-line. Ongoing series continue with Uncanny X-Men by Gail Simone and David Marquez, Wolverine by Saladin Ahmed and Martín Cóccolo, and X-Men by Jed MacKay and Netho Diaz. The next wave of new ongoing titles also rolls on with Generation X-23 by Jody Houser and Jacopo Camagni, Wade Wilson: Deadpool by Benjamin Percy and Geoff Shaw, and Inglorious X-Force by Tim Seeley and Michael Sta. Maria.
Meanwhile, evolving series continue to expand mutant mythology with Storm: Earth’s Mightiest Mutant by Murewa Ayodele and Federica Mancin, and Magik & Colossus by Ashley Allen and Germán Peralta. New solo spotlight books also arrive with Cyclops by Alex Paknadel and Roge Antonio, and Rogue by Erica Schultz and Luigi Zagaria.
Two long-awaited launches headline the month as well: X-Men United #1, a new flagship title from Eve L. Ewing and Tiago Palman, and Moonstar #1, marking Dani Moonstar’s first-ever solo series by Ashley Allen and Edoardo Audino. Rounding out the line are X-Men Annual #1, an art-driven showcase led by Ryan Stegman, and Iceman: Omega #1, a special print edition of Luciano Vecchio’s acclaimed Marvel’s Voices: Iceman Infinity Comic.
After a chilling future shaped by the X-Virus and the loss of free will—engineered by one of their own—the present-day X-Men now face a reality shaped by what they know is coming.
