New video games coming out the week of 6/1/2026

Check out what video games are out this week.

So many video games, so little time! 2026 is already shaping up to be a big year for gaming. With back-to-back releases, here are the video games hitting your stores this week.

House Flipper Remastered Collection (6/4)

Platform: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC

Experience the original House Flipper with improved graphics, voice acting, all the expansions, and much more. Not only does House Flipper Remastered Collection feature all previous DLC from the original, but it also includes additional content, such as new decoration challenges, fresh character interactions, a set of six heartwarming, story-rich jobs called “Heart” content, and over 800 new items. This gives an excuse for returning players to come back and sink in more hours as the game offers a lot more to discover. However, gameplay in House Flipper Remastered Collection remains the same as the original; you will still clean, paint, furnish, and renovate old, destroyed apartments to sell them and make profits.

The 7th Guest Remake (6/4)

Platform: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Switch 1 & 2 (TBA)

The 7th Guest Remake is a ground-up reconstruction of the 1993 CD-ROM puzzle classic. The story of The 7th Guest Remake follows a dark, mysterious evening inside a haunted, shifting mansion built by a rich and reclusive toymaker named Henry Stauf, who invites six guests to a lavish dinner party, promising that whoever solves his riddles first will receive their greatest desire. However, there’s also a mysterious, uninvited 7th Guest. The game features reimagined puzzles, newly built environments, and newly recorded video performances that bring the iconic haunted mansion to life for a new generation of players.

Gothic 1 Remake (6/5)

Platform: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC

Twenty-five years ago, the original Gothic quickly became an influential and beloved ARPG series. Now, with the Gothic 1 Remake, Alkimia Interactive invites players to journey across Myrtana once again, but this time with a faithful overhaul to the original experience. Changes have been made by including more detailed questlines, expanded NPC reactions/routines, new traversal abilities, a bigger map, and most of all, a more modernized combat system. According to the developers, the world of Gothic 1 Remake “reacts dynamically to your actions.” The game also has a branching story with the player’s decisions impacting not just the plot but also the development of abilities and playstyle.

Other video games worth checking out: Fatekeeper, Swan Song, and Medic: Pacific War
