If there was one show that got us all through the pandemic it was probably Ted Lasso. Heartwarming, inspiring, and hilarious, the show returns on July 23rd with its second season. This is the first official trailer but not our first glimpse of Ted Lasso season 2. Check out the teaser for more. Expect a few more episodes with season two as Apple TV+ picked up a second season order for 12 episodes which is a step up from season one which had 10.
The new trailer features David Bowie’s rendition of “Under Pressure” playing over some insightful shots that seem to suggest Lasso’s luck at coaching hasn’t improved too much. He’s as positive as ever throughout, but watch out for an Evil version of Ted Lasso aka Led Tasso that pops up. It’s yet another fun way for Jason Sudeikis to chew up the scenery.
