The story so far: The last episode had possibly the most shocking reveal of the season. This lead to some of the scariest, bloodiest, and darkly funny moments of the show. As the series heads into its final moments, the tension rises between the survivors. Allegiances constantly shift and it is unclear who to trust. Slasher: Flesh & Blood has really settled into a groove as more people continue to die.
“Goldfinger” picks up right where the previous episode left off. It seemed like the Galloways were in for trouble as there was going to be a new menace on the small island. This is quickly proven to be not the case as the first of two gruesome murders occurs. This is one of the more violent ones of the show as it is slow and torturous. In a show that has made its name due to its brutality, the moment still manages to stand out.
Since there are so few survivors left, the mystery takes center stage during the episode. The suspense is high the entire time, and the possible identity of the killer changes multiple times throughout the show. Audiences will find themselves trying to figure out if the remaining Galloways can be accounted for over the course of Slasher. This attention to detail leads to an interesting ending. The show has been so zany that it can pretty much get away with anything. That being said, they appear to have written themselves into a corner with the penultimate cliffhanger.
