So what’s Captain America #12 about?
Death has come to Earth — and intends to take humanity off the playing field. Captain America has assembled the change agents who can save everyone, but is it too little, too late?
From Left to Right in that top panel, characters on the first page include Skinz, Cap, The Seer, Julie (not a change agent), Malik, and Malik’s protector, the Guardian.
