The Battle of Light and Dark
When we last left The Wheel of Time, our heroes won the battle in Falme. Rand in particular, was able to defeat two formidable foes and is publicly named the Dragon Reborn. It’s not all good news since the Forsaken have been freed.
In the upcoming season, based off of the fourth book The Shadow Rising, Moiraine and Rand head out to the Aiel Waste to discover the true fate of the Dragon Reborn. Along the way, Moiraine must ensure the Dragon does not turn to the Dark.
The first three episodes of The Wheel of Time season three release Thursday, March 13, on Prime Video.
Oh, Canada
Throughout the many seasons of Top Chef, the reality competition has been based all across the United States and even London. For its 22nd season, the show is heading to our neighbors in the north, Canada.
Fifteen new chefs will battle it out to see who can earn the titular moniker as well as the largest prize package ever. Not only will they win $250,000, but also Delta SkyMiles Diamond Medallion Status and a $125,000 flight credit to spend on travel with Delta Air Lines, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, and an appearance at the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. In addition, for the first time ever, the winner will headline their own exclusive dinner at the historic James Beard House in New York and have the opportunity to present at The James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago, IL.
Top Chef season 22 begins Thursday, March 13, on Bravo.
Partners in Crime
In Dope Thief, a pair of childhood friends have grown up to be delinquents. Their latest scheme is to pose as DEA agents to rob from small-time hoodlums. One day, they hit the wrong house and uncover one of the largest hidden narcotics corridors.
The series is based on the book by the same name written by Dennis Tafoya. It is created by Peter Craig and stars Bryan Tyree Henry, Wagner Moura, Marin Ireland, Kate Mulgrew, Nesta Cooper, Amir Arison, Dustin Nguyen, and Ving Rhames. It is executive produced by Craig, Henry, David W. Zucker, Richard Heus, Jordan Sheehan, Clayton Krueger, Jennifer Wiley-Moxley, and Ridley Scott. Scott also directs the first episode.
The series premiere of Dope Thief is Friday, March 14, on Apple TV+.
