There are plenty of corporate partnerships out there, but not often do you see comics and hot sauce joining forces, until today. Jade City Foods and IDW have partnered for a series of hot sauces featuring Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees art and themes. The hot suites coincide with the release of Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring #1, launching a follow-up to the critically acclaimed series.
Not for the faint of heart, these hot sauces lean into the murders like the Head of the Class sauce, which features a severed head!
Other sauces include “Saw Blade Special,” “Don’t Lose Your Head,” “Just Another Day at the Office,” “Duck Soup,” and a self-titled sauce. In total, there are five sauces to choose from. The prices are $18 a bottle, which is around what hot sauces cost these days, given Hot Ones‘ gimmick, we all want to be part of. Speaking of, how long before one of these sauces makes it onto that show?
