The Ghost Riders are back and more dangerous than ever in Spirits of Violence, a new five-issue limited series launching this October from writer Sabir Pirzada (Spirits of Vengeance) and artist Paul Davidson (Namor, X-Force).
This high-octane supernatural saga brings together every major Ghost Rider — Johnny Blaze, Danny Ketch, Kushala, Hellverine, Robbie Reyes (finally making his return), newcomer Fantasma, and more — to face off against a terrifying new threat: the Spirit of Violence. Pirzada revealed that the Spirit of Violence is none other than Barbara Ketch — Danny’s sister — who’s been resurrected and is already leaving a trail of blood, starting with the death of Linda Littletrees. “That was always intended to be the kickoff to what I’m calling the ‘Violent Era’ of Ghost Rider,” Pirzada teased. “The end of issue 2 will prove we’re not pulling punches.”
