A Bold New Era for the Dark Knight
Helmed by Eisner Award-winning writer Matt Fraction and superstar artist Jorge Jiménez, with Tomeu Morey on colors and Clayton Cowles on letters, the series reimagines Gotham with a sleeker, more superhero-forward approach. Readers are treated to a redesigned Batmobile, a vibrant new blue-and-gray costume, and a reenergized Gotham City that’s both stylish and dangerous.
Batman #2 follows quickly on October 1, with the Second Printing of Batman #1 landing two weeks later on October 15.
It’s a good week for #1 issues selling out, as Marvel’s X-Men of Apocalypse #1 also sold out.
