Dreaming Whilst Black is about a young Black British filmmaker named Kwabena who tries to break into the entertainment industry. He must balance his desire of making work that matters while understanding the realities and artistic compromises the industry sometimes asks for.
In the upcoming season, Kwabena is close to landing his first major directing opportunity. It is a dream project helming a historical drama. However, the job becomes more complicated and he realizes he is not in an as progressive field as he once thought.
Dreaming Whilst Black arrives Friday, February 20, on Showtime.
Defending Sin in Sin City
It takes a certain type of person to be a lawyer in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, boring and uptight Lincoln Gumb might not have what it takes. That is, until he partners with magician Sheila Flambé. Together they have the smarts and attitude to win any wild case that comes their way in Strip Law.
The series is created by Cullen Crawford and has a voice cast that includes Adam Scott, Janelle James, Stephen Root, Shannon Gisela, and Keith David. It is a co-production with Underground and Titmouse.

A Homecoming
Family Guy might receive all the buzz when it comes to Seth MacFarlane co-created animated series, but American Dad! has had an almost as impressive run. The show is set to return for its 20th season, which will air on its original home.
It’s going to be quite a homecoming in the season premiere with the Smiths throwing a pool party. All are welcome, but things might get humorously awkward with Francine’s sister and Steve’s ex part of the guests.
The season 20 premiere of American Dad! airs Sunday, February 22, on Fox.
