Earlier this year, it was announced that Hellboy would be coming to the world of Injustice 2, NetherRealm’s popular Mortal Kombat-style fighting game based on DC Comics characters. The inclusion set the internet on fire, but not much more information was revealed until today.
In a new video (which you can see below), it’s officially announced that Mike Mignola’s iconic creation Hellboy will join the roster of Injustice 2 on November 14, in the second wave of DLC characters for the game. The video shows about two minutes of in-game action, and the character looks like a lot of fun. Naturally, his finishing move sends both himself and his opponent to Hell itself.
